      • The Garage Air-N-Vac Station will be shipped FedEx Ground with delivery by appointment only. You will receive a call to schedule the delivery once your order has shipped.

      • If you are outside the continental US, please call us at 616-554-9555 to place an order.

       

      Doyle Vacuum Systems offers the following Return Policy

      • All sales are FINAL for the Garage Air-N-Vac Station. No returns or refunds accepted.
      • For all replacement parts and accessories, please email us at info@garageairvac.com or call us at 616-554-9555 to receive authorization to return your item. Returns only accepted on new, unused product. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned product and the customer covers return shipping.

      Doyle Vacuum Systems offers the following Warranty

      10-Year LIMITED WARRANTY
      (RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY)

      As set forth below, the Garage Air-N-Vac Station (manufactured by Doyle Vacuum Systems) is covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty (for Residential Use Only).  This warranty protects the various components of the machine against defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date the product is originally shipped by the Company.  If the Garage Air-N-Vac Station is installed in a commercial location (non-residential), the term of the Warranty shall be one (1) year from the date the product is originally shipped by the Company.  This Warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with any repairs that may be necessary; this Warranty only covers the repair or replacement of any part deemed to be defective by a representative of Doyle Vacuum Systems.  Information as to the original date of shipment may be obtained from the Company by contacting Doyle Vacuum Systems directly.

      NOTE:  If you have any problems with any of this equipment, please contact Doyle Vacuum Systems for technical support.

      If any part of the equipment so warranted proves to be defective, contact Doyle Vacuum Systems for consultation as to the appropriate course of action to remedy your situation.  Be prepared to submit either photographic or video evidence of the problem in order to facilitate our technical support and follow-up.  If a defective component is identified and confirmed, Doyle Vacuum Systems will send a replacement part as soon as possible.  If there is any question as to the nature of the defect, the Company may request that the component in question be returned for analysis.  Upon the return of said equipment (or parts) to Doyle Vacuum Systems, the Company will repair or replace such equipment (or parts) with a suitable replacement (either new or reconditioned), at the Company’s option.  Merchandise may not be returned to Doyle Vacuum Systems, for replacement, repair, or refund, without prior authorization.

      NOTE:  Authorization is required for all returns and may be obtained by contacting Doyle Vacuum Systems directly.

      If a replacement part is requested prior to the return of the subject defective component for repair or review, the Company’s standard policy is to charge the Customer for the replacement part in advance.  Upon receipt of the defective component, the Company will analyze the defect to determine if the warranty claim is valid, and if so, will credit the Customer’s account for the amount previously invoiced.

      Replacement or repair of parts in accordance with the above warranty shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy against the Company.  The cost to return defective parts to Doyle Vacuum Systems shall be the responsibility of the Customer; the Company shall bear the cost to ship the repaired or replaced parts to the Customer.  Doyle Vacuum Systems will not pay the cost to expedite the shipment of any replacement parts covered under this warranty.

      This warranty is void if any parts are dismantled, tampered with, neglected, or repairs are effectuated or attempted by other than the Company, or at the direction of the Company.

      This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, failure to conduct proper maintenance, or ordinary wear of component parts such as the vacuum/blower motor, air compressor, relief valves, vacuum filter, gaskets, On/Off switch, vacuum hose, hose cuffs, air hose, quick-connects, vacuum tools, vacuum wand, blower tools, tire inflator, blow-off gun, inflator tips, or similar items.  There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose relating to such component parts.

      There are no express warranties and no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as set forth herein.

      Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of any warranty, express or implied, relating to Doyle Vacuum Systems equipment.
